  The Leather Oar Collar Kit includes two 8" x 7" weather resistant marine treated leather oar sleeves with black rubber oar stops giving you a quiet ride and preventing slippage. East-to follow instructions are included to give your oars a traditional and practical look. (Kit item B6)

  Designed for any oarlock to prevent oars from slipping. Perfect with our round oarlocks.

  Owlet - Laminated bass construction with pear grip, for children age 3 to 8. Length 36"-48".
  Tenderfoot - Laminated bass construction with pear grip and urethane tip for the young camper 8 and over. Length 52"-60"
  Guide - Laminated cherry construction with pear grip and partial urethane ending. Length 54"-63".
  Beavertail (Ash)  - Pear grip and wooden tip. Medium to stiff blade flex. Available in varnish finish only. Length 54"-69" (BD).
  Beavertail (Cherry) - Football grip and wooden tip. Soft to medium flex. Available in varnish or optional oil finish. Length 52"-68" (BDC).
  Ottertail - Made from choice black cherry; pear grip and wooden tip. Soft to medium flex. Available in varnish or optional oil finish. Length 54"-69" (Be).
  Sagamore - Black Cherry; football grip, wooden tip. Soft to medium flex. Available in varnish or optional oil finish. Length 52"-68" (Bf).

  Scout - Laminated bass, pear grip. Entry level paddle. Length 51"-60" (B1).
  River - Solid ash shaft with cherry blade and pear grip. Longer and narrower than others in the line.

  Voyageur - Laminated ash and bass shaft; cherry, butternut, and bass blade; cherry pear grip. Length 52"-66" (Bc).
  Sugar Island - Laminated cherry and bass shaft; cherry, ash bass and walnut blade; walnut and cherry scroll grip; urethane ending tip. Length 52"-66" (Bdp).
  Hammerhead - Same layup as Sugar Island, with oiled walnut mushroom T-grip. Partial urethane ending; 10-ounce fiberglass cloth covering blade. For use in 1-3 whitewater conditions. Length 54"-64" (Beh).
  Freestyle - Ash and bass shaft; white oak herringbone veneer blade over ash, bass and cedar core; tapered walnut football grip; extended urethane edging. Length 52"-62" (Bff).
  C-1 Whitewater - Same layup as Sugar Island, with oiled walnut mushroom T-grip; full urethane edging; protective fiberglass sleeve on the heavy-duty shaft and 10-ounce fiberglass cloth covering blade. Curved dihedral blade offers the latest technology at an affordable price. 1-3 class whitewater conditions.

  Spindrift - Laminated ash and cedar shaft; 14" deluxe carbon fiber ferrule. Extra fine laminated bass, butternut, cedar and maple diedral spoon blade; urethane plastic edging. Entire blade covered with 4oz. fiberglass cloth. Weight 32oz. ideal for expedition paddling. Length 220-250cm (Bfs).

Bronze Oarlocks

We have selected the finest combinations of oarlocks and sockets based on durability, function and style.

• Oarlock - Open:
  Hand machined/polished bronze with a higher arm facing forward to retain oar and allow maximum pull. Size: shank 1/2" x 3.5" with hole for safety chain (P18), oarlock 2.5"ID with 2" at gap. (B22).


• Oarlock - Open "Boston-Ribbed" style:
  Polished bronze. Shank 1/2" x 2-1/8" with hole for safety chain(B18), oarlock 2-1/4" ID with 2" at gap (B11).


• Oarlock - Closed style:
  Polished bronze. Shank 1/2" x 2" (B13).


• Oarlock and Socket Combination also known as the "Davis Oarlock":
  Polished bronze. Oarlock 2-1/4" ID with 2" at gap. Socket plate 3" x 1" on mounting wale and 2-1/4" socket depth (B21).


• Oarlock Sockets - Angle plate:
  For fitting over top and side of wale, polished bronze. Size: 1/2" ID bracket 4" x 1" depth 1-1/4" (B15).


• Oarlock Sockets - Top-Mount:
  Polished bronze, mounted flush with top of wale or mounting block. Size: 1/2" ID bracket 2-1/4" x 1" (B17).


• Oarlock Safety Chain:
  Preventing loss of the oarlock. Chain attaches to eye at end of horn shank and a toggle drops through the socket.(B18).


• Oarlock Sockets - Side-mount:
  For fastening to side of wale, polished bronze. Size: 1/2" ID bracket 3-5/8" x 3/4" with socket length 1-3/8" (B19).


• Security Oar Holder Burnished Bronze
  Polished bronze" with 4 locking positions. Installation through thwart or seat to hold oars safely and securely in place while towing or docking. Size: 3.5" shaft, 5" width (B20).
